SHIPPING POLICY
We offer free ground shipping on US domestic orders over $150.
All orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive an email notification from us when your order has shipped, including a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
- Items returned to sender because of a customer address error will be recharged the shipping rate.
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout for all orders under $150.
SHIPPING DELAYS
- We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier, customs, or other external factors.
- During peak seasons or sales, processing and shipping times may be longer than usual.
